The Audio Engineering Society, now in its fifth decade, is the only professional society devoted exclusively to audio technology. Its membership of leading engineers, scientists and other authorities has increased dramatically throughout the world, greatly boosting the society's stature and that of its members in a truly symbiotic relationship.
The Brazil Section was founded in 1996 and all AES members residing in Brazil belong to it. Being a continental country means that we have member who live thousands os kilometers from each other. So we try to keep in touch through the internet and by organizing meetings in different regions of our country.

If you are not a member of the AES do not worry, our meetings are open to non-members too. Take the opportunity to know us and our society better.
We live in a time where people are subject to a lot of misinformation. Not knowing where who to ask, people base their decisions in "true lies" and mispecifications.

Here at the AES you can be sure that all the knowledge we share is given in good faith, by ethical professionals dedicates to the progress of Audio.
