What documentation do I need from you to apply for a VISA to visit Brazil? With whom do I make the application?

Check if there a companies that will arrange for your VISA to Brazil.
They may will require a copy of your registration to participate in the Conference or some other document. They may also need the following information:

1) the purpose of your visit (i.e. what will be your role in the conference)
2) the name and address of the venue where the conference will be held

You will also need a copy of the reservation at the hotel where you will be staying.

PDF copies may be sufficient.
