AUTHORS
We have found a communication problem for our 7th Congress which prevented several submissions from arriving prior to the deadline. For this reason we are sending a Second Call for Papers, with nwe deadlines. To simplify the procedure, the articles will be submited directly in their full version, and that applies also to authors that submited their papers previously. The organizing committee thanks your interest and hopes that you will take part in the event. We invite all members for the cientific and technological communities in the areas of audio, engineering, computation, music and acoustics to submit original research, development and innovation papers. In this edition there are two categories open for papers: standard paper and student paper. In order to foster a wider range for the event and promote interest for Audio Engineering in young people, technical school and gradauate students with work programs in the BIC-Jr and Technical Initiation Level are encouraged to take part.
The paper shall be submited in electronic PDF format using the JEMS/SBC system at https://submissoes.sbc.org.br/. Submissions in portuguese, spanish and english will be accepted. Further instructions can be found in http://www.aesbrasil.org/portal/index.php?page_id=39.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAPER SUBMITAL
The AES Brasil paper submital is divided in 4 phases.
In the first phase author should register their intent to submit papers by sending an abstrac through the JEMS/SBC system at https://submissoes.sbc.org.br/ by de published deadline. The abstract should have 60-100 words and there is no mandatory form. At a minimum, the main author shall previously enroll in the JEMS system to submit the paper.
In the second phase, the manuscripts should be sent in electronic format (PDF) using the submissions system. Papers in english, portuguese and spanish will be accepted. The article template has basic instructions for paper elaboration. Additional instructions of the final papers (camera-ready) are available in the address below.
In the third phase, the papers are evaluated by the program committee and especialized peer reviewers and the authors whose papers are accepted will be notified in due time.
In the fourth and final phase, authors will prepare a final version (camera-ready) for publication and send it through the submissions system before the deadline.
The selected papers will be presented in the congress, included in the Program and published.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ARTICLE ELABORATION
The papers should be formated according to the orientations, rules and oficial conventions collected in the following templates:
Save your file replacing "Lastname" with the authors last name. Before sending, we suggest a trial printing so as to avoid problems. The submission shall be done through the automatic article submissions system ("upload").

CALL FOR WORKSHOPS, TUTORIALS AND OTHER TECHNICAL EVENTS
We invite professionals, groups and research and educational institutes to propose workshops, tutorials and other technical events of interest to the annual theme so that they can be presented in the congress.
There is no submission format. The proposals shall minimally have: proponent´s identification and of the presentation team, objectives, duration, methodology and facilities need. The submited proposals should be sent to aesbrasil2009@aesbrasil.org by 281/02/2009.
